- You must be 16 years or older.
- You must be a resident of Arizona.
- You may upload only 1 photo per person.
- It must be a photo of yourself, you may not enter a photo of another individual.
- All information entered must be factual.
- To qualify as a finalist, you must agree to be in the studio and on air on Johnjay and Rich Show show on the morning of March 28.
- All finalists must sign a release to be videotaped, interviewed and photographed for marketing use by KISS FM, Burns Dentistry and SmileOver.com.
